Kamaole Beach Park III is one of the best beaches in Kihei offering generally calm waters for swimming, snorkeling with good visibility at both ends of the beach, sandy entry, a nice middle section w/ small waves for boogie boarding, lifeguards on duty, a large grassy park, showers, bathrooms, and a fairly large parking lot.
OCEAN SAFETY: Please note that many of these photos are taken on calm beach days, which are common here. However, conditions like winds, tides, currents, and swells can shift quickly, depending on the weather. Be sure to check local weather forecasts and be cautious. Lifeguard hours, 8am-4:45pm.
