GUEST REVIEW:
We had a great time and were extremely happy with Coconut Cove. My brother has visited Paia many times and said it was one of the nicest rentals he’s ever had there. The cottage was clean, very spacious and kitchen very well stocked. Loved the added touches of the owners’ art and outdoor shower! -- Chris McAnerney, Kelowna, BC Canada
Jet Noise Disclaimer: A note about airport noise on the northshore for properties in Sprecklesville that offer windsurfing access: these homes are near the runway of the airport so the jet noise is very noticeable when they take off during all hours of the day and night, starting ~6:30 am until ~11pm, though the quieter engines these days mean the volume/intensity is ~half of what it used to be. Many people have lived there for years and visiting windsurfers consider it a necessary distraction to have the best windsurfing beach access, and really don’t find it that bothersome once they get used to it after the first day or so. The good news is that 99% of the time there is no jet noise since they take off on average a few jets every 30 minutes during the day, then none for several hours, i.e. very intermittently, and there are a couple “cargo” planes during the night, though not bad enough to wake most people up.
